Job Title: Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through timely and professional responses to inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Support customers in utilizing our e-commerce platform for web orders, product availability, pricing, order status, and delivery tracking.
  • Process sales orders and accurately enter customer data into CRM and ERP systems.
  • Follow up on inbound leads, quote requests (RFQs), and web inquiries to convert interest into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide administrative support related to sales transactions.
  • Ensure all interactions align with our commitment to efficiency, responsiveness, and value creation.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related B2B role, preferably in electronics or manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, such as Salesforce or Netsuite, is preferred.
  • Tech-savviness and ability to support customers using digital tools and e-commerce systems.
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and ability to work independently during night shift hours.
  • Prior experience working remotely is an advantage.
