Job Title

A procurement specialist is a crucial role in supporting operational efficiency and contract administration.

This full-time position requires direct interaction with global suppliers and employees at all levels to ensure timely renewals, amendments, or terminations of procurement contracts.

  • Supports vendor contract review process including request review, coordination of Procurement, Legal and Compliance team review and redlining, and coordination with Business Owners and vendors.
  • Manages and updates Procurement Leadership SharePoint Excel files, savings trackers, and internal applications as needed.
  • Schedules internal and external calendar events supporting Procurement Leadership Team and suppliers.
  • Executes vendor contract processes including gathering signatures via electronic means, contract archiving, and database management.
  • Tracks and manages procurement contract lifecycles ensuring timely renewals, amendments, or terminations.
  • Detailed-oriented with ability to identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in contract terms.
  • Facilitates requisition to purchase order processing in the Coupa Procure to Pay system for goods and services required.
  • Reviews and selects suppliers offering quality, price, terms, and delivery for requisitions submitted.
  • Reviews and updates purchase orders, change requests, contracts, and associated documents as required.
  • Assists new supplier setup into finance systems as needed.
  • Runs reports from Coupa PTP system to support month-end activities and ad hoc reporting as requested.

Strong analytical skills are necessary for evaluating supplier performance and contract terms to ensure value for money.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting related field preferred.
  • Procurement experience with focus on indirect spend in fast-paced environment.
  • Competent in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint); experience with Coupa Procure to Pay system preferred.
  • General understanding of procurement contract terms and experience working with legal teams in contract review process desired.
  • Experience preparing, reviewing, and maintaining procurement documents, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
  • Familiarity with procurement regulations and compliance standards, including supply chain requirements.
  • Able to be flexible and prioritize tasks under tight timelines.
