Job Title: Purchasing and Accounts Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing. You will also oversee contract agreements with vendors and suppliers, handle purchase orders, manage inventory tracking, and assist with invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, procurement, or accounts management, with a strong understanding of financial software, ERP systems, and procurement tools. They will possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential, as you will be building relationships with vendors and internal teams.

Core Responsibilities
  • Procurement & Purchasing: Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management: Evaluate suppliers, maintain strong relationships, and oversee contract agreements.
  • Order Processing: Handle purchase orders, ensure timely deliveries, and manage inventory tracking.
  • Accounts Management: Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and financial transactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align purchasing decisions with business needs.
