Procurement Associate

This role involves the procurement of goods and services to support the organization's operational needs. The Procurement Associate will be responsible for conducting product research, sourcing new suppliers and vendors, and negotiating contracts and deals.

• Product Research: Conduct thorough research on products and services to identify suitable options for the organization.
• Sourcing Suppliers: Identify and engage with potential suppliers and vendors to establish relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Negotiation: Negotiate the best possible terms and conditions for the organization in contracts and agreements.
• Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory inspections and reorder supplies and stock as necessary.

• Bachelor's Degree: A degree in business, logistics, or a related field is required.
• Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as negotiation skills, are essential for this role.
• Organizational Skills: Great organizational and planning skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Client Relationships: Ability to establish professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
