You will play a vital role in setting up essential tools and processes, organizing data, supporting workflows, and building dashboards that enable efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure tools such as Slack, help desk software, and internal dashboards to enhance communication and productivity.
  • Set up and manage automation workflows using platforms like Zapier, GoHighLevel, or similar tools to streamline repetitive tasks.
  • Recommend and implement systems to improve efficiency and solve operational challenges, ensuring seamless business operations.
Data Management and Reporting:
  • Build dashboards integrating data from Shopify, Square, and other platforms to provide actionable insights.
  • Create reports to track KPIs, sales performance, and staff productivity, enabling data-driven decision-making.
General Operations Support:
  • Execute project-based operational tasks as assigned, prioritizing deadlines and requirements.
  • Take ownership of administrative and organizational needs that arise, providing proactive solutions.
  • Act as a reliable partner to free up leadership's time by ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Assist with recruitment workflows, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews for local studio staff.
