Job Title: Business Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, helping them operate and scale different parts of their growing businesses.

You will be a general problem solver, collaborating with various teams at our client company and assisting with various projects. Your primary focus will be on drafting emails, handling business communications, interfacing with clients and customers, scheduling meetings, and planning events.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to perform online research, collect data using spreadsheets, and provide regular reporting and analysis. Creativity and enthusiasm are encouraged when it comes to writing and media tasks, as well as other administrative duties.

Requirements:
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Proficient in the use of apps and technology
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
  • No prior work experience is necessary, but relevant skills and qualifications will be taken into consideration
  • This position is ideal for serious, career-oriented candidates who are eager to grow and develop within our organization
