
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous support professional to provide administrative assistance for our sales operations. The role involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring data integrity, and providing operational support to the sales team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client information, call notes, and status updates.
- Ensure data hygiene by cleaning and verifying lead/contact lists.
- Prepare and issue invoices and coordinate with clients for billing-related queries.
- Support Operations manager with reports, dashboards, and pipeline tracking.
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales team by managing follow-ups, reminders, and scheduling.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Support Professional, Sales Admin, or in a similar role.
- Strong skills in CRM systems and spreadsheets.
- High attention to detail and ability to spot errors/inconsistencies in data.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and sales documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
