As a Virtual Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting our team with various administrative tasks, including transcription, scheduling, and report management.

  • Transcription: You will be responsible for transcribing audio and video recordings into written text. This requires strong listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Scheduling: You will assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on upcoming events.
  • Reports and Administration Tasks: You will provide administrative support by managing reports, data entry, and other tasks as needed.

You can choose between a part-time schedule of 4 hours per day or a full-time schedule of 8 hours per day. As a Virtual Support Specialist, you will have the flexibility to work at times that suit you best.
