Remote Virtual Support Specialist

This is a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive remote support specialist role for healthcare professionals and businesses requiring administrative assistance.

  • Email & Calendar Management: Organize and schedule emails, appointments, and patient-related calendar tasks for clients.
  • Customer Support: Handle patient inquiries and provide support via phone, email, or chat platforms.
  • Digital File Organization: Maintain digital records and files in an organized manner.
  • Healthcare System Management: Input and manage data using EMR/EHR systems and other healthcare software tools effectively.
  • Billing Support: Help monitor billing, follow up on claims, and manage insurance verifications efficiently.
  • Spreadsheets, Reports & Presentations: Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Meeting Coordination: Manage virtual communications and set up meetings effectively.
  • Marketing Tasks: Provide basic support for social media and marketing initiatives.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Ensure confidentiality and follow all HIPAA compliance guidelines at all times.

The ideal candidate has experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role, excellent English communication skills, familiarity with healthcare operations, and the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
