Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Elevator and Escalator Service Manager to lead our service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing activities, preparing contract proposals, and monitoring financial status.

About the Role

The Elevator and Escalator Service Manager will assist in the preparation of annual maintenance fee adjustments, review special service proposals, and attend meetings with clients as needed. They will also forecast and monitor manpower requirements and train and develop their team members.

Requirements

  • Graduate of BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission
  • At least five years of experience in elevator/escalator servicing works, with at least three years in a supervisory capacity
  • Excellent communication skills in written and oral English and Tagalog
  • Strong leadership capability and ability to relate effectively to all types of people in the organization
  • Capable of training and teaching people

What We Offer

Our company offers a competitive salary range of PHP 180,000 - PHP 220,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a 5-day workweek and opportunities for professional growth and development.
