Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of elevators and escalators at our clients' premises. Your key responsibilities will include:

Maintenance and Repair
  • Preparing schedules for daily work and conducting toolbox meetings to discuss safety concerns with team members.
  • Conducting regular performance checks on elevator equipment to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
  • Coordinating with other sections to ensure proper maintenance of elevators and escalators.
  • Responding to trouble calls and taking appropriate action.
Project Management
  • Preparing quotations for recommended preventive maintenance and repair services.
  • Implementing work plans for monitoring each project's progress.
  • Conducting rescue seminars to educate teams on basic elevator operations and passenger rescue procedures.
Customer Service
  • Providing necessary documents to clients for payment release, such as certifications and warranty certificates.
  • Establishing and maintaining good communication with clients and their representatives.
Team Leadership
  • Training subordinates to ensure effective job performance.
  • Promoting modernization schemes for outdated elevator systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, preferably with a license.
  • Experience in field engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Tagalog).
  • Strong leadership potential and ability to negotiate effectively with clients.
Work Environment

You will be working in our Head Office in Pasig or Quezon City Office, with a 5-day workweek from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday.
