We are seeking an experienced Elevator and Escalator Service Operations Manager to join our team at John Clements Recruitment Inc.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for assisting their superior in planning and organizing the overall activities of the Service Department, ensuring that the company's set quality and standards are maintained for regular and special service jobs of elevators and escalators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of contract proposals for newly turned-over projects and old projects without a previous contract.
- Prepare and submit correspondence and reports as required by their superior.
- Monitor the financial status of their department.
- Review and check any special service proposal made by the Sales Service Engineer or Supervisor.
- Attend meetings as needed by the client.
- Forecast and monitor the manpower requirement of their department.
- Train and develop their men to ensure effective performance of their jobs and for personal growth.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission.
- At least five (5) years of experience in elevator/escalator servicing works and at least three (3) years of which is in a supervisory capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, both in written and oral English and Tagalog.
- The ability to relate effectively to all types of people in the organization and possess strong leadership capability.
- Capability of training and teaching people.
The estimated salary range for this role is PHP 120,000 - PHP 180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
