Senior Commercial Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee a team of specialists, supporting high-touch enterprise sales teams and external marketplace vendors. They will work directly with our partners, providing support to internal stakeholders.

This role requires strong leadership skills, as the individual will lead a team responsible for executing operational processes in support of global sales organizations.

About this Role
  • Lead a team of App Desk Sales specialists across 3 timezones
  • Serve as the point of contact for Enterprise Advocates, Loyalty Advocates, and Marketplace Partners
  • Define, establish, measure, and report on metrics to analyze internal efficiency
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to support the sales cycle

What You'll Need
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a supervisory/management role
  • BS/BA in Business, Finance/Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Proficient with Excel, including creating ad hoc formulas
  • Working knowledge of sales service desk tools
  • Quoting/billing/vendor management background in a B2B or B2C setting
