Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership on property marketing strategies and operational enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and investigate any potential violations
  • Supervise vendor coordination for maintenance repairs and upgrades
  • Manage properties' financial performance, including budgeting and strategic planning
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management
  • Previous experience managing or leading a property management team
  • Proficiency with property management software
  • Ability to work efficiently with time-tracking tools
