Job Title

We are looking for a seasoned Technology Director to spearhead our engineering operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams, driving technology innovation, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of engineers, including recruitment, onboarding, and career development.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of features within assigned product areas, working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Agile Delivery Managers.
  • Implement and maintain Agile methodology, conducting regular one-on-ones and team meetings.
  • Participate in bi-weekly Stakeholder Demos and manage technical debt and refactoring efforts.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning, promoting best practices and innovation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in technology leadership or team management, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and develop engineering talent.
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment practices, familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and microservices architecture.
  • Understanding of containerization (Kubernetes), database technologies, and frontend technologies and frameworks.
