Accountable for developing and managing the implementation of the Marketing & Brand strategy for the company's different brands and divisions. Supervision of different marketing and channel teams to attain sales goals. Must be able to attain complete marketing mix; strategic planning (quarterly and annual), market research & analysis, social media, print, and ecommerce advertising, and influencer relationships.

Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for marketing team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead development of marketing strategy by working closely with marketing staff, interns, management, sales staff, influencers and such to to create effective plans focused on growing the audience for the products and services, in the following industries:
  • OASIS HOME - home and commercial saunas, jacuzzis, steam rooms, plunges vaults and other wellness products
  • POOLSDIRECT - pool equipment and management
  • Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations.
  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales.
  • Connect with supply chain management and sales closely to push and promote products that are available.
  • Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and provide post-event reports and analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong exposure to Retail Market
  • Strong exposure to social media marketing (IG and TIktok)
  • Proven leadership and planning skills
  • Good in handling Marketing Team and KOI
  • Target and profit driven
  • High energy, can communicate well, with a desire to lead
  • With at least 3 years and up experience as Marketing Director

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php38,000.00 per month
