Job Overview">

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough research, identifying and engaging with qualified candidates, and collaborating with managers to source potential talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Building and maintaining a network of industry professionals and potential candidates
  • Screening and evaluating candidates through resume review and phone screening
  • Creating and managing tracking systems for candidates and internal databases
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify future talent needs
  • Utilizing various channels, online platforms, and social media to connect with potential candidates

Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in sourcing or a similar role is preferred
  • Extensive experience in using multiple channels, social media, online platforms, and resume databases to source candidates
  • Hands-on experience with tools, applications, and systems for talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with creating sourcing plans and implementing strategies to improve candidate search
  • Proficiency in HR databases, ATS, and CMS
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in healthcare/medical-related fields (preferred but not required)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.) (preferred but not required)
