Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Management:

    ">

    • Develop and maintain effective TA processes, workflows, and documentation.

    • Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other TA-related technologies.

    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within our TA systems.

    • Oversee vendor relationships related to TA (e.g., job boards, background check providers).

    • Coordinate recruitment events and activities.

  • Talent Optimization:

    ">

    • Develop and deliver training resources to hiring managers and the TA team on best practices in interviewing, candidate assessment, and recruitment processes.

    • Create and maintain interview guides, scorecards, and other relevant tools.

    • Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and legal requirements.

  • Budget Management:

    ">

    • Track and report on recruitment expenses.

    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

  • Employer Branding:

    ">

    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute employer branding initiatives that attract top talent.

    • Manage our online presence on career sites and social media platforms.

    • Develop compelling job descriptions and other recruitment marketing materials.

  • Continuous Improvement:

    ">

    • Analyze TA metrics and identify areas for improvement in processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.

    • Implement data-driven solutions and best practices to optimize the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

  • Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, technologies, and analytics.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and track ROI.

  • Experience in developing and executing employer branding initiatives.
