
Talent Acquisition Leader

Job Summary:
">We're seeking an exceptional talent acquisition leader to oversee and optimize our recruitment operations, drive continuous improvement, and enhance our employer brand.
This critical role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our recruitment strategies, developing efficient processes, and improving candidate experience.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with operational expertise and a passion for creating a world-class candidate journey.
Key Responsibilities:
">Talent Acquisition Management:
">Develop and maintain effective TA processes, workflows, and documentation.
Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other TA-related technologies.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within our TA systems.
Oversee vendor relationships related to TA (e.g., job boards, background check providers).
Coordinate recruitment events and activities.
Talent Optimization:
">Develop and deliver training resources to hiring managers and the TA team on best practices in interviewing, candidate assessment, and recruitment processes.
Create and maintain interview guides, scorecards, and other relevant tools.
Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and legal requirements.
Budget Management:
">Track and report on recruitment expenses.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Employer Branding:
">Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute employer branding initiatives that attract top talent.
Manage our online presence on career sites and social media platforms.
Develop compelling job descriptions and other recruitment marketing materials.
Continuous Improvement:
">Analyze TA metrics and identify areas for improvement in processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.
Implement data-driven solutions and best practices to optimize the recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements:
">8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, technologies, and analytics.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and track ROI.
Experience in developing and executing employer branding initiatives.
