Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in outbound cold calling and lead qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct targeted outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products and services
  • Generate and qualify high-quality leads through phone calls and other outreach methods
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities in our CRM system
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve product/service offerings
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive abilities
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently
