Role Overview

As a seasoned professional in order processing, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via various channels. Your primary focus will be on resolving order issues and processing refunds with high accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and synchronize data across platforms.
  • Coordinate return requests and handle refund transactions with attention to detail.
  • Enter accurate order details, customer information, and financial transactions into the relevant systems.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor account performance and report discrepancies to optimize workflows.
  • Assist with operations on multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in order processing or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with experience in chat, email, and phone support.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and order tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset to handle complex issues and complaints.
