About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to support our order fulfillment process. This role involves entering purchase orders into NetSuite and submitting order details to our warehouse system for shipment processing.

Prior experience with NetSuite is preferred, but we will provide training for the right candidate. No formal qualifications are required – what matters most is accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter Purchase Orders (POs) into NetSuite.
  • Log in to our warehouse portal to input ordered items and shipping details.
  • Verify item types, quantities, and addresses against POs to prevent errors.
  • Follow step-by-step processes to ensure orders are submitted correctly and on time.
  • Communicate with team members and warehouse staff as needed.
  • Participate in initial training sessions (some may occur at night due to time zone differences).

Requirements

  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step routine processes (important).
  • Comfortable with repetitive, data-entry-based tasks.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
  • NetSuite experience is an asset, but training will be provided.
