Job Title

We are seeking a skilled candidate to fill the role of Business Matching Assistant. This position requires a detail-oriented and people-focused individual who can understand client needs, assess candidate profiles, and ensure the best possible matches between opportunities and talent.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will act as a bridge between clients and candidates, helping both parties succeed by creating long-term, strategic matches.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Review client requirements and job descriptions to identify ideal candidate matches
  2. Assess and screen candidate profiles, resumes, and skill sets
  3. Submit shortlisted candidates with accurate notes and details for internal review
  4. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
  5. Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and placements
  6. Provide regular updates and feedback to clients and candidates throughout the process
  7. Maintain an organized pipeline of talent for current and future openings
Requirements
  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing and research
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly assess candidate fit
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM tools
