About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires strategic thinking and planning to attract top talent. The role involves managing teams, developing sourcing strategies, and executing marketing plans.

  • Lead a team of professionals responsible for attracting candidates in North America.
  • Develop and implement talent attraction strategies that drive results.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to optimize applicant flow and hiring needs.
Your Responsibilities

This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and creativity. You will be responsible for:

  • Championing initiatives to identify associate hiring needs and maintain awareness of applicant flow requirements.
  • Creating comprehensive sourcing plans and driving sourcing efforts to maximize budget and applicant flow.
  • Evaluating marketing program effectiveness using data results and maximizing return on investment.
  • Managing relationships with vendors, including job boards, internet media, collateral providers, community partners, and staffing agencies.
  • Partnering with procurement and accounting teams for accurate departmental marketing budgets, reporting, and accounting practices.
  • Project managing collateral creation, establishing deadlines, approving creative concepts, and holding vendors accountable for timely delivery.
  • Supervising, coaching, training, and developing talent acquisition marketing staff, contributing personally to team results.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas.
  • Ability to manage remote teams, work onsite at least once a month, and demonstrate proactiveness, problem-solving, and data-based critical thinking.
  • Experience managing budgets, using advanced Excel, and consultative collaboration.
