About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting for IT and/or Engineering roles.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work with talented individuals and drive business growth through effective recruitment strategies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, as well as experience using sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems.

You will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across IT and Engineering, partnering with hiring managers or clients to understand technical job requirements, and sourcing candidates using job boards, referrals, and other creative channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit top talent for technical positions across IT and Engineering.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers or clients to understand technical job requirements and preferences.
  • Source candidates using job boards, referrals, and other creative channels.
  • Screen candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
  • Track progress using ATS and recruitment tools.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and recruit top talent for technical positions.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills, tools, and hiring language.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience using sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems.
