Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment process.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job postings.
  • SOURCE CANDIDATES THROUGH ONLINE PLATFORMS, SOCIAL MEDIA, JOB BOARDS, AND REFERRALS.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines.

This is a NIGHT SHIFT ONLY position working onsite in Davao City. The ideal candidate will be willing to work flexible hours and prioritize excellent customer service.
