We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our recruitment efforts and build a top-notch team.

  • The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract highly qualified professionals for various roles.
  • You will oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with job candidates and stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies and drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the education sector.
  • Experience with recruitment platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling job descriptions and marketing materials.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Topgrading is highly desirable.
