We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Mabalacat. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers.
Responsibilities- Communicate with customers to resolve queries and provide assistance within agreed service levels.
- Elevate complex issues to internal teams for investigation and resolution.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to ensure customer-centric decision-making.
- Identify and escalate trending issues, and propose improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Review and suggest enhancements to current processes, templates, and internal systems to improve customer self-service capabilities.
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment, preferably B2C.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and investigations, and drive results-oriented outcomes.
- Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Effective interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varied deadlines and priorities.
- Analytical skills to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
