Customer Success Associate

We are seeking a results-driven professional who has a passion for customer satisfaction, technology, and business growth. The Customer Success Associate plays a key role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Becoming the primary point of contact post-sales, conducting a thorough onboarding process, and taking ownership of the account's health
  • Preparing the account for billing by ensuring the customer successfully starts with our service, introducing them to our platform, and prompting them to delegate tasks
  • Building a goal plan for the customer, focused on short- and long-term goals towards growth, and identifying ways we can support those objectives
  • Proactively managing relationships between our virtual assistants and assigned clients, including periodic check-ins, ad-hoc calls, and monitoring customer usage through our proprietary web tool
  • Managing all inbound customer communications, organizing and escalating issues as needed
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least one year of experience in client relationship management and/or project management
  • Comfortable with Mac, Windows, Chrome, iOS, Android, and video call communication tools
  • Understanding of online software services and goal development
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills
