Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Growth Professional to fill this position.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products to provide exceptional customer support and promote relevant offerings.
  • Make high-volume outbound calls as follow-up to marketing campaigns and inbound leads to gauge audience interest and gather information about organization structure and key points of contact to further the sales discussion.
  • Convert qualified leads into closed sales, manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to secure new customers.
  • Achieve mastery of sales training and closing sales.
  • Collaborate with your team and management to deliver a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects.
  • Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working in an inside sales capacity.
  • A dynamic personality.
  • A winning mindset.
  • Prior success in achieving personal and team sales quotas and goals.
  • Experience or willingness to work from home.
  • Experience in high-volume calling.
  • Ability to learn new technology and data.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
