Remote Financial Operations Specialist

This is a remote position that plays a crucial role in managing day-to-day financial operations, including expenses, accounting software, invoicing, AP/AR, and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will be the go-to expert for all things bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and manage daily expenses, including daily sales entries
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
  • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), with an AP-focused workload
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on invoices
  • Utilize accounting tools, including QuickBooks (QBO)
  • Collaborate with clients to provide timely updates
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online preferred
  • Familiarity with Ramp, MS 365 tools, and POS systems (Aloha preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
About This Role:

This is a fully remote position, available to work during EST working hours. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a self-starter attitude.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with clients.
