We seek a seasoned professional to lead our financial operations and reporting functions. This role encompasses maintaining accurate and timely financial records, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS, and managing AP, AR, and general ledger functions in complex multi-entity environments.

The successful candidate will also process and reconcile inter-company transactions and eliminations, prepare detailed variance analyses and performance reports for executives, and ensure compliance with SEC and public company disclosure requirements.
