Bilingual Executive & Accounting Assistant Role

Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor expenses across multiple ongoing projects with attention to detail.
  • Perform receipt analysis and data entry into accounting software.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests by communicating effectively with vendors.
  • Serve as a key point of contact, facilitating smooth operations between stakeholders.
  • Assist with organizing documentation related to properties and projects.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or construction industries.
  • Previous experience with accounting software is required.
  • Familiarity with property management software is highly desired.
  • Client management skills.
  • Basic bookkeeping skills and understanding of financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for vendor coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivation with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to work full-time within the same time zone.
