Key Responsibilities:- Financial Operations:
• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices, payroll, and expense reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies. - Administrative Support:
• Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and reports with discretion.
• Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes for executives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting and executive support roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Netsuite) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage both financial and administrative responsibilities.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
