About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior CMMS Administrator to join our team at WHR Global Consulting.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and customization of our Computer-Based Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The successful candidate will have experience in Maximo Administration and be proficient in building and developing functional hierarchy structures and planned maintenance tasks in CMMS systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in internal or external projects related to operational preparation or modifications of existing units regarding establishing or modifying the CMMS system.
  • Responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation, database setup, security, maintenance, and customization of the user interface.
  • Execute continuous improvements initiatives and case handling within CMMS according to workflow.
  • Allocate and update analysis and basic data to functional hierarchies according to workflow.
  • Follow up technical deliveries.
  • Assist CMMS/ERP System Administrator Maintenance with follow-up and assistance of end-users within IFS.
  • Communicate and collaborate regularly with Team Lead, internal/external customers, and/or project managers to inform report status and possible deviations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any engineering course or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of technical/maintenance and operations experience in a Global Business Services setting catering oil and gas clientele is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications.
  • Able to work independently but sees the importance of achieving results through teamwork and collaboration.
  • Structured, accurate, systematic, and able to deliver within deadlines.
  • Ability to take initiative and make sound judgments and decisions within applicable scope, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Quick to learn, adapt, and has an initiative to suggest improvements in work policies or processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and can communicate at all levels.
  • Motivated to facilitate and contribute to the company's growth.
  • Experience in Maximo Administration is a plus.
  • Qualified for facilitation of Consequence Clarification and FMECA analysis.
  • Knowledge of Barrier Management and Barrier testing regime.
  • Proven knowledge of change management and operational processes.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting Mechanical and Electrical Detailed Drawings, Block diagrams, and P&ID.
  • Has a proven knowledge in maintenance program engineering and understanding relevant rules and regulations and applicable standards related to this work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good understanding, administration, and navigation of Computer-Based Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and ERP.
