Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our senior management team.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • A bachelor's degree in secretarial science or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A typing speed of at least 40-45 words per minute.
