Job Summary

Information Technology Support Role

As an Information Technology Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing technical issues and providing timely resolutions.
  • Utilize diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions to troubleshoot problems remotely.
  • Determine the most effective solution based on the issue and customer details.
  • Communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior support personnel as needed.
  • Provide accurate information on IT products and services.
  • Document events, problems, and their resolutions in a secure log system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT Service Desk roles.
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems and software.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
