
Customer Experience Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technical support professional to join our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing frontline technical assistance to clients across the real estate technology and brokerage sectors.

Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support via phone, email, and live chat, handling a mix of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues using step-by-step procedures, process guides, and provided tools.
- Manage support tickets and inquiries, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Customer Satisfaction targets are consistently met.
- Collaborate with leadership in daily check-ins for coaching, feedback, and training reviews.
- Adapt between support channels depending on business needs.
- Maintain schedule adherence within a set coverage window.
- Intensive product training during the initial phase.
- Ongoing training and assessments to ensure continued growth and development.
- Clear opportunities to advance in both earnings and role.
Must-Haves:
- Strong internet connection (200+ MBPS).
- Previous experience in technical support or customer success.
- Experience handling live chat, phone, and email support.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet performance metrics and SLA goals.
- Strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills.
