Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and live chat, handling a mix of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues using step-by-step procedures, process guides, and provided tools.
  • Manage support tickets and inquiries, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Customer Satisfaction targets are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with leadership in daily check-ins for coaching, feedback, and training reviews.
  • Adapt between support channels depending on business needs.
  • Maintain schedule adherence within a set coverage window.
Training and Growth
  • Intensive product training during the initial phase.
  • Ongoing training and assessments to ensure continued growth and development.
  • Clear opportunities to advance in both earnings and role.
Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Strong internet connection (200+ MBPS).
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer success.
  • Experience handling live chat, phone, and email support.
  • Clear, professional communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet performance metrics and SLA goals.
  • Strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills.
