Technical Solutions Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our customers, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

As a Technical Solutions Professional, you will be working closely with our customers to understand their technical needs and develop innovative solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to our customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Solutions Development: Collaborate with our product development team to identify and develop new features and solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive business growth.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on our products and services.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Excellent understanding of Linux systems administration, scripting languages (such as Ruby or Bash), and MVC frameworks (such as Ruby on Rails).
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical topics to customers and colleagues of varying technical skill levels.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
