We are looking for a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide proactive support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, functionality, and technical specifications to provide expert-level support to customers.
- Sales and Lead Generation: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers, generating new leads and revenue streams.
- Complaints Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Fully fluent in English language.
- Skilled in the use of apps and technology.
- Ability to commit long-term and full-time.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time).
- No prior experience is required, but previous experience will be considered.
