Job Description

As a technical support professional, you are the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. Your role is crucial in delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues efficiently.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate support through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat platforms.
  • Troubleshoot customer inquiries related to hardware setup, software functionality, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues and escalate cases when necessary.
Technical Expertise
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including assembly, software, hardware, printing solutions, and account management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge, resolve escalations, and improve workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of technical support experience with a focus on hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems.
  • Background in photography, software, or event-related technology is an asset.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to identifying solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a remote team environment.
