Travel Customer Experience Advocate

We're looking for a skilled and proactive individual to join our customer support team.
We're a fast-paced, innovative company that's changing the way people travel. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with booking, cancellation, and change requests, as well as resolve service issues efficiently
- Collaborate with suppliers worldwide to meet customer needs and achieve high satisfaction rates
- Develop and execute service protocols and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
- Contribute to the development of our internal knowledge base and external info portal (FAQs, product information, etc.)
- Identify opportunities to enhance our products and processes, leading to improved customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible working hours
- Proficiency in computer software (e.g., Gmail, Google Docs)
- Self-motivated and independent, with a strong desire to learn and grow
