About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for guiding a team of professionals in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

You will oversee daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your expertise in performance management, coaching, and operational excellence will drive success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
  • Performance Management: Monitor agent performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
  • Scheduling: Manage schedules, attendance, and real-time adherence.
  • Customer Service: Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with QA and Training to support agent development.
  • Analysis: Analyze performance reports and implement improvement strategies.
  • Culture Building: Foster a positive, high-performance team culture.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate Degree, Certification, or Equivalent Combination of Training and Experience
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a BPO contact center.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency: Proficiency in contact center tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms.
  • Ability: Ability to manage performance in a fast-paced environment.
