Job Title: Senior Facilities Coordinator – Engineering

This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and make a real impact in creating smooth, efficient, and people-centered workplace experiences.

  • Main responsibility involves leading preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities including HVAC systems, chillers, fire safety systems, water treatment plants, and DG sets.
  • The role requires ensuring operational excellence across all engineering services to support business continuity and infrastructure reliability.
  • Civil maintenance management and oversight of water systems (fresh/waste) are also crucial to maintain compliance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in emergency response and disaster recovery efforts as part of the DRBC process.
  • Providing logistics support for internal meetings, conferences, and project-related events.
  • Oversight of landscaping and coordination of voice communication logistics during service disruptions.
  • Supervising dispatch activities and courier operations to ensure timely and secure delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Environmental, Health & Safety, or related fields).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities engineering, preferably within the BPO industry.
  • Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts.
  • Amenability to work onsite in Pampanga.
