Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee branch operations, drive sales performance, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operational management across multiple pawnshop branches.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
  • Manage, coach, and evaluate branch personnel to ensure optimal performance and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, AMLA regulations, and BSP requirements.
  • Monitor financial and operational reports, identifying opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with senior management in setting strategic goals and operational plans.
  • Conduct regular audits and branch visits to ensure alignment with company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in operations or branch management, preferable in a financial institution or pawnshop setting.
  • Strong knowledge of AMLA and BSP regulations.
  • Proven track record in driving sales performance and managing multi-branch operations.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willing to travel and visit different branches.
