Operations Manager

A Director of Service Delivery is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the business is well-coordinated and productive.
Responsibilities- Organize and direct daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Develop systems to meet and exceed financial and client metrics.
- Liaise with the Executive team to make decisions for operational activities.
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business.
- Direct Senior Managers and Managers on planning and execution.
- Evaluate the efficiency of business procedures and apply improvements.
- Develop strategies to improve onsite operations.
- Oversee customer support processes and direct its organization.
- Maintain industry trends and identify areas of opportunity.
- Work with leadership to set team and individual KPIs.
- Degree in Operations or related field.
- More than 5 years experience as a Director of Operations.
- Assertive character that can work independently and function in a team environment.
- Excellent organization, planning, time management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to direct and manage in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage a diverse workforce.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial understanding and previous accountability for profit targets.
