About the Role
We're looking for an experienced leader to join our onsite team in Pampanga. In this key position, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, motivating others, and driving business growth through process improvements and performance enhancements.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Actively manage communications with clients and partners to maintain healthy relationships and ensure aligned goals and met needs
- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results by engaging them with client messages, providing support, and ensuring projects stay on track
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance key success metrics, including forecasting accuracy, revenue and margin goals, client and employee satisfaction scores, call volume projections, and contractual bonus goals
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong track record in call center management, preferably with 2+ years of experience
- An associate degree or equivalent work experience
- A customer-focused mindset and ability to mentor and inspire others
