Training & Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of related work experience in training, preferably in a BPO/Contact Center environment. Insurance training experience is also a plus.

  • Strong understanding of learning methodologies and facilitation styles
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze key information and identify practical solutions

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the training and upskilling of personnel within the NCR program, including client process and initiative updates. They will also display sound understanding of learning methodologies and facilitate tailored delivery to engage learners for efficient and effective learning outcomes.

Additionally, the successful candidate will:

  • Manage dynamic ranges of learners in large team environments and one-on-one facilitations
  • Identify and analyze key and factual information across knowledge materials
  • Collaborate with the Partnering Team Training POC to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient learning and assessment solutions
  • Monitor and drive completion of all OLS learning modules as required by Client
