Job Title: Training and Development Manager

About the Role:
This is a key leadership role that will oversee all aspects of learning and development across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that meet the needs of the business, as well as evaluating their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate the impact of training initiatives on business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Education, Organizational Development or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
