Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including calendar management, email correspondence, data entry, and file organization.
  • Conduct research and generate reports as needed.
  • Manage and update CRM systems and other business tools.
  • Assist in social media management and basic content scheduling.
  • Monitor and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create and maintain documentation and SOPs.
  • Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload independently.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of remote collaboration tools.
