Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management, email correspondence, data entry, and file organization.
- Conduct research and generate reports as needed.
- Manage and update CRM systems and other business tools.
- Assist in social media management and basic content scheduling.
- Monitor and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and maintain documentation and SOPs.
- Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload independently.
- Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of remote collaboration tools.

- Project Management: Asana, Trello, ClickUp
- Communication: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
- File Sharing: Google Drive, Dropbox
- CRM Tools: HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce (basic knowledge)
- Email Tools: Gmail, Outlook, Mailchimp
- Time Tracking: Time Doctor, Hubstaff
- Automation: Zapier, Notion
- Social Media Scheduling: Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite (preferred but not required)
