The successful candidate will be responsible for managing emails, calendars, CRM systems, and document preparation related to real estate transactions. They will also collaborate with the Transaction Coordinator, run reports, and handle transaction-related duties as needed.

About the RoleThis role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing administrative tasks, including email, calendar, and CRM system management
- Providing exceptional client support and ensuring ongoing engagement through consistent and organized communications
- Collaborating with the Transaction Coordinator to manage transaction-related tasks
- Preparing documents and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transaction information
- Overseeing and maintaining client data in the CRM system
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Administrative Task Management: Manage emails, calendars, and CRM systems to ensure efficient and effective administrative processes
- Client Support: Provide exceptional client support and ensure ongoing engagement through consistent and organized communications
- Transaction Management: Collaborate with the Transaction Coordinator to manage transaction-related tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction information, and oversee and maintain client data in the CRM system
